When you come to Combat Mindset, you will work on improving ALL aspects of athletic performance. It doesn't matter if you want to improve your stand-up, ground fighting, strength, speed, power, agility, mobility, or combative endurance – Combat Mindset will get you there.

We cater to athletes, fighters and individuals that are serious about their training and results. We are not a public gym, and this program is not open to everyone. Those looking to train at our Fight Camp must first apply to the program.

How do people get Fighting Fit?

Its simple…

  • They've learned what they can do by themselves – and they know when they need a professional.

There are tons of before-and-after pics that would make anyone jealous. What you don't usually see is the hard work and the coach who helped them get there.

We only accept up to 25 fighters at a time into our Camp. This allows us to give you our undivided attention which, in turn, enables us to achieve the results you come to us for.

Using our customized group training, our fighters benefit from the motivation and accountability that group training provides, while also receiving the individualized attention needed to elevate performance. Group training does not mean everyone always does the same thing. Each Fighter has his/her own customized program that's performed within the group setting.

No Frills

You wont find any juice bars, treadmills or whatever the current fad in training is… if it doesn't make you stronger, faster and a better fighter – you wont find it in our place!

Want to train, but not fight?

No worries. This program is the best we have for one reason… it gets our athletes fight-ready, but it is also available for the committed fitness enthusiast or hobbyist that wants to get in fighting shape, without getting punched in the mouth.

Not local to Dothan, Alabama?

For those athletes that aren't local to Dothan Alabama, Combat Mindset offers full-immersion training camps for serious male and female fighters from all across the globe in Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, western boxing, kickboxing, strength & conditioning and more.

What's Included...

Strength & Conditioning Program

This program will put you to the test. We'll push your limits to ensure those groundbreaking results. We do this with customized conditioning workouts formed to expose your true capabilities and then we make you even stronger.

Muay Thai Kickboxing

The National sport of Thailand, Muay Thai is known as the Art of 8 Limbs using hands, feet, knees and elbows to rock devastation to each opponent you face. Able to easily transition to functional self-defense, Muay Thai is our core program that everything else builds from.

Mixed Martial Arts

A complete fighter's program, you will combine Muay Thai with Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) to develop a well-rounded arsenal of stand-up and ground & pound techniques to make you the most lethal beast on the block!

Nutrition for Your body

​Yes this is one of the MAJOR components of our program. Exercise alone cannot drive significant weight loss or gain. This is why our team does what it takes to make it easy for you to stick with a simple diet, personalized to your individual goals.

Tracking and Accountability

We will hold you to a higher standard than you may hold yourself, because if you're not accountable to someone only you know if you did, or did not workout. Our entire focus is on getting you results. That’s why we do the most consistent and extensive progress tracking with our clients. That way, we always know what’s working and what’s not.

​Eating better doesn't have to be just boiled chicken breast, tilapia, brown rice, veggies and lemon water. That's why we included some of our favorite recipes and they cover more than just chicken salads, we have REAL food that won't leave you feeling deprived.

​No one ever said this was going to be easy. Even with our team at your side coaching you every step of the way there are going to be some days that will test your will power, we all have them.
